Access to the Website confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions included in this Legal Notice, as well as the Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions of Use, and the Refund Policy, in the version published at the time the user accesses the Website.
3. Conditions of Access and Use
Access to the Website is free except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the user. Certain services are exclusive to registered users and may require the purchase of subscription plans or credits.

User-generated content: Content generated through the use of our artificial intelligence services belongs to the user who created it, subject to the terms of the license of the contracted plan. However, Picasso IA reserves the right to use such content in anonymized form to improve its services and algorithms, unless the user expressly requests otherwise.
5. Exclusion of Warranties and Liability
Picasso IA shall not be liable, in any case, for damages of any nature that may be caused, by way of example but not limited to:
- Errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the Website, or the transmission of viruses or malicious programs in the content, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent it.
- Improper use that users make of the services and content of the Website.
- The results obtained through the use of artificial intelligence models, as these depend on multiple factors beyond the control of Picasso IA.
- Damages arising from the user's failure to comply with the obligations established in this Legal Notice.
- Service interruptions due to force majeure, technical maintenance, or system updates.
Picasso IA is committed to making its best efforts to ensure the availability and continuity of the service, but cannot guarantee the total absence of interruptions or technical errors.
